Este estudio jurídico-político del ejido revela los medios concretos con los cuales se constituye y reproduce una forma de propiedad, que vinculan con el aparato estatal y dan un carácter político y subordinado. Aborda la perspectiva de supervivencia del ejido, producto de la legislación revolucionaria, de notable organización y reproducción campesina.

Abstract:

This juridical-political study on the ejido discloses the specific means with which it is created and reproduces a type of ownership, which are linked to the State apparatus and provide it with a political and subordinate character. The study approaches the survival of ejido, a product of the revolutionary legislation, with noticeable peasant organization and reproduction.
