Resumen:

Las prácticas de atención al embarazo de las madres-trabajadoras son mucho más amplias y diversas que las reconocidas en los programas de salud pública vigentes y en los enfoques de epidemiología ocupacional que investigan su salud reproductiva. Evidencia la participación activa de las madres-trabajadoras al modelar sus prácticas mediante negociaciones.

Abstract:

The practices of pregnancy attention of mother-workers are much broader and diverse than those accounted for in the current health care programs and in the approaches of occupational epidemiology that research their reproductive health. The active participation of mother-workers is noticed in the shaping of their practices by means of negotiations.
