Resumen:

El objetivo de los trabajos aquí publicados es contribuir al análisis de los temas relacionados con las tarifas, a fin de que impulsen y apoyen el desarrollo de organismos de agua más eficientes y autosuficientes. El propósito es aumentar el conocimiento en torno a las tarifas y el cobro de los servicios de agua potable y alcantarillado, aportando elementos parasu mejoramiento.

Abstract:

The goal of the works presented here is to contribute to the analysis of topics related to fees so that they further and support the development of more efficient and self-sufficient agencies in charge of water. The aim is to raise awareness of the fees and charges for the services of potable water and sewage, offering elements to improve them.
