Resumen:

Este texto tiene dos propósitos que se despliegan a lo largo de cuatro capítulos. Primero, presentar la teoría de sistemas sociales y sociología religiosa del sociólogo alemán Niklas Luhmann (1927-1998). Segundo, aplicar la teoría al análisis del cristianismo en general y de la misa tridentina en particular. También trata de combinar efectivamente la investigación histórica con la teoría sociológica.

Abstract:

This text has a dual purpose which unfolds along four chapters. Firstly, to present German sociologist Niklas Luhmann’s (1927-1998) theory of social systems and religious sociology. Secondly, to apply the theory to Christianism, in general, and to the Tridentine Mass, in particular. It also intends to effectively combine historical research with the sociological theory.
