Resumen:

Este volumen aporta la visión inter- y transdisciplinaria de diversos investigadores en varias dimensiones: información para entender el fenómeno; se analizan explicaciones de corte institucional, de economía política, jurídicas y financieras; se describen los procesos legislativos que se han llevado a cabo para atacar los síntomas del problema, y se detallan temas que habrá que continuar en otras investigaciones.

Abstract:

This volume offers the inter- and transdisciplinary vision of various researchers on different dimensions: information to understand the phenomenon; institutional, economic-policy, juridical and financial explanations are analyzed; the legislative processes that have been carried out to attack the symptoms of the problem are described; and, topics to be retaken by future research are outlined.
