Se trata de una investigación contextualizada, entre cuyos méritos está no concretar lo señalado por otros autores sobre el tema. Uno de sus hallazgos importantes es que la flexibilidad tradicional preexistente o las grandes empresas marcan la pauta en este proceso. En Sonora, la flexibilidad puede considerarse como autoritaria y tecnicista.

A contextualized research; being one of its merits not repeating what other authors have pointed out about the topic. One important finding is that either the preexisting traditional flexibility or the large firms set the standard in this process. In Sonora, flexibility may be considered authoritarian and excessively technical.
