Resumen:

En el contexto de crisis de la sociología mexicana y de cambios/continuidades en la sociedad mexicana se inscriben los textos incluidos en Sociología bajo el sol. En este sentido, los trabajos son una lectura de una nueva generación de analistas sociales de algunos de los problemas o asuntos que afectan a su sociedad; más que tratarse de propuestas teóricas, son interpretaciones sociológicas de coyunturas o problemas particulares del país.

Abstract:

In the context of the crisis of Mexican sociology and the changes/continuities in Mexican society, one finds the texts in Sociology under the sun. In this sense, the works are the readings of a new generation of social analysts as regards some of the problems or issues that affect their society; more than theoretical proposals, these are sociological interpretations of particular problems of the country.
