Resumen:

El propósito de este volumen es contribuir al esclarecimiento de los impactos del Tratado de Libre Comercio de América del Norte en algunas industrias, a partir del estudio de segmentos industriales, regiones y productos concretos. Privilegia el análisis de las trayectorias industriales locales y la transformaciónde la planta industrial mexicana en el nuevo marco institucional del tratado.

Abstract:

The purpose of this volume is to contribute to clarify the impacts of North American Free Trade Agreement on some industries, from the study of industrial segments, regions and specific products. It stresses the analysis of local industrial trajectories and the transformation of the Mexican industrial plant in the new institutional context of the agreement.
