Resumen:

Esta obra resume la experiencia del proyecto Silos-guarijío/makurawey puede servir como instrumento de trabajo para la creación de un sistema local de salud, ante la coyuntura histórica y política. La propuesta involucra a la población y a las instituciones gubernamentales que operan en la región, y que tienen mayores posibilidades de éxito y optimización de recursos.

Abstract:

This work summarizes the experience of the project Silos-Guarijío/Makurawe and may serve as a working instrument to create a local health care system, in the face of the historic and political juncture. The proposal involves the population and the governmental institutions that operate in the region and which have the best prospects of success and optimization of resources.
